“Does this count as annoying?”

Fresh and very funny animated flick about a man named Gru who is planning the biggest heist of all time: he wants to steal the moon! But in order to do so, he must defeat his evil rival Vector (voiced by a very funny Jason Segel). He adopts 3 little girls as an accesory to his evil plan, and along the way, becomes attached to them. “Despicable me” will surely appeal to audiences of all ages; it certainly won me over completely,and I would definitely recommend it. It’s one of the nicest surprises of the year. Russel Brand steals the show as Dr. Nefario!

Fun fact: “Steve Carell describes Gru’s accent as a cross between Ricardo Montalban and Bela Lugosi.”
