If not the worst, then definitely one of the worst movies ever made.  Bela Lugosi died after 2 days of shooting and he was replaced by a taller actor holding a cape over his face (how clever!). So bad, that it becomes unintentionally funny and quite good actually. The king of bad cinema strikes again!
