Here’s another classic monster that returns to the screen after years of absence. The comeback is good, but it’s not excellent. I guess what bugged me here is the final battle that has hollywood written all over it (a la “The Incredible Hulk”, and “Iron Man” which were better movies by the way), and the awfully predictable ending.

But despite all its faults, “The Wolfman” is still a fun ride with an incredible cast that includes Benicio Del Toro, Anthony Hopkins, Emily Blunt and Hugo Weaving who is delightful as always. Horror fans (especially classic horror) will definetly enjoy the dark and moody atmosphere (I know I did).
